Description

Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea is a deliciously soothing drink that combines the warm, comforting flavors of cinnamon and vanilla with rich black tea and creamy milk. Perfect for a cozy treat anytime!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 black tea bag (or 1 tablespoon loose leaf black tea)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond or oat milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional for extra warmth)

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon and the tea bag (or loose leaf tea).
  2. Allow the tea to steep for about 4-5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
  3. Remove the tea bag or strain the loose leaf tea. Stir in honey or your sweetener of choice.
  4. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and optional ground ginger. Stir well and heat gently over low heat until the milk is warm and frothy.
  5. Pour into a mug, remove the cinnamon stick (if used), and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can use whole milk or a creamy plant-based milk like coconut milk.
  • Adjust the amount of honey or sweetener based on how sweet you like your tea.
  • If you want a more intense cinnamon flavor, add a pinch of ground cinnamon directly into the milk as it heats.
