Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon and the tea bag (or loose leaf tea).
- Allow the tea to steep for about 4-5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
- Remove the tea bag or strain the loose leaf tea. Stir in honey or your sweetener of choice.
- Add the milk, vanilla extract, and optional ground ginger. Stir well and heat gently over low heat until the milk is warm and frothy.
- Pour into a mug, remove the cinnamon stick (if used), and serve warm. Enjoy!
