Homemade Caesar Dressing (Optional):

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the Brussels Sprouts: Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Prepare the Caesar Dressing (if making homemade): In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Salad: Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a large bowl while still warm. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to coat evenly.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs or croutons and extra grated Parmesan over the top. Add crispy bacon or pancetta if desired.
