Description

This refreshing Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie is the perfect way to cool off on a hot day! Packed with juicy watermelon, sweet strawberries, and a splash of lime, it’s a hydrating and delicious treat for any time of the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Ice cubes (optional for extra chill)

Instructions

  1. Add the cubed watermelon, strawberries, coconut water, honey or maple syrup (if using), and lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
  3. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of lime or a few strawberry slices, if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute coconut water with almond milk or regular water, depending on your preference.
  • For a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes or frozen strawberries.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or syrup based on your taste.
