Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
- Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt to enhance the flavor.
- Add the dried cranberries and chopped pecans to the melted chocolate, mixing until everything is well coated.
- Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Refrigerate the clusters for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set completely.
- Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Be sure to stir the white chocolate every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
- You can substitute pecans with other nuts like walnuts or almonds.
- For an extra twist, add a pinch of cinnamon or orange zest to the chocolate.
