Description
These delightful clusters combine the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with tart cranberries and crunchy pecans, making them a perfect treat for the holiday season or any special occasion!
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth and melted.
- Combine Ingredients: Once the white chocolate is melted, stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and sea salt (if using) until everything is well coated.
- Form Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them out to allow for spreading.
- Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are set and firm.
- Serve: Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes
- These clusters can be made ahead of time and stored for several days.
- Feel free to add other mix-ins like chopped almonds or dried cherries for a twist.
