Description

These White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Donuts are a deliciously sweet treat featuring fluffy baked donuts filled with a creamy strawberry mixture and topped with a rich white chocolate drizzle. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a special dessert!

For the Donuts:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Prepare the Donuts:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    • In a separate bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
    • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
    • Fill the donut pan about halfway with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  • Prepare the Strawberry Cream Filling:
    • In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
  • Assemble the Donuts:
    • Carefully cut the cooled donuts in half horizontally.
    • Fill each donut with the strawberry cream mixture.
    • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of each filled donut. If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to the white chocolate before drizzling.
  • Finishing Touches:
    • Let the donuts set for a few minutes before serving to allow the chocolate to firm up slightly.
