Description

Craft a delectably creamy and rich ranch dressing at home, reminiscent of Wingstop’s popular dip. Perfect for wings, veggies, or salads!


Ingredients

  1.  1 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 cup sour cream
  3. 1/4 cup buttermilk
  4. 2 tsp fresh lemon juice or white vinegar
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp onion powder
  7. 1 tsp dried parsley
  8. 1/2 tsp dried dill
  9. 1/2 tsp dried chives (optional)
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  •   In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Stir until smooth.
  • Add in the lemon juice or vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, and dried chives. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
  • Refrigerate the dressing for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the dressing to thicken slightly.
  • Serve with your favorite wings, vegetables, or salads.

Notes

  •  If the dressing is too thick for your preference, you can thin it out with a little more buttermilk.
  •             Fresh herbs can be used in place of dried. If using fresh herbs, finely chop them and double the quantity specified.
