Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  2. Marinate the Chicken:

    • Place the chicken breasts (or thighs) in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  3. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Cook the Chicken:

    • Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in the prepared baking dish. Discard any remaining marinade.
