- 1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning

- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional, depending on cracker saltiness)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oil, za’atar, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the oyster crackers and toss until all are well-coated with the spice mixture.
- Spread the crackers in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden and crisp.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
