Instructions
- Whip the Cream:
In a medium mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until it forms stiff peaks (about 3-4 minutes). Make sure not to overwhip, as it could turn into butter. - Prepare the Chocolate Mousse:
In a separate bowl, sift the cocoa powder to remove any lumps. Add the powdered erythritol (or other sweetener), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. - Combine:
Gradually fold the cocoa powder mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula. Gently stir until the mousse is smooth and well-combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream. - Chill:
Spoon the mousse into individual serving bowls or glasses. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to set and become even more decadent. - Garnish and Serve:
