- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (optional)

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly season the zucchini slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce onto each zucchini slice, spreading it evenly.
- Top each slice with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni or any other pizza toppings you prefer.
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the top of the cheese.
