Description

  • 2 large eggs (plus an extra egg for chewiness)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the Muffin Pans: Spray muffin pans very well with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix the Brownie Batter: In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mixes according to package instructions. Add the extra egg to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Fill the Muffin Pans: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared muffin pans, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool and Remove: Allow the brownies to cool in the pans for 5 minutes. Use the tip of a butter knife to gently pop the brownies out of the pans.
