Description
A creamy and flavorful baked chicken dish, featuring tender chicken breasts smothered in a delicious Parmesan Caesar sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Coat the Chicken: Spread the creamy sauce evenly over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Bake the Chicken: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The sauce should be bubbly, and the chicken should have a golden crust.
- Serve: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley (optional) and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the Caesar dressing for an hour before baking.
- Serve with vegetables, rice, or a side salad.
