A comforting and delicious twist on traditional lasagna, this Sausage Alfredo Ravioli Lasagna combines crumbled Italian sausage with creamy Alfredo sauce and layers of cheese-filled ravioli for a hearty family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (20 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, cook the crumbled Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  2. Mix the Alfredo Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Lasagna: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the Alfredo sauce mixture on the bottom. Add a layer of ravioli (single layer), followed by half of the cooked sausage and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat with another layer of sauce, ravioli, sausage, and cheese. Top with any remaining sauce and cheese.
  4. Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
