Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently stir them into the chicken mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
