Description

These 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Snowballs are a quick and easy treat that are perfect for the holidays or anytime you’re craving a sweet snack! Creamy peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar come together to make the ultimate melt-in-your-mouth dessert.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix until a thick dough forms. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  • Once chilled, scoop the dough into balls. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop a level tablespoon of the mixture, then roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the balls are rolled.
  • Roll each ball generously in powdered sugar.
  • Cover and store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 10 days.

Notes

  • For a festive touch, you can also roll the snowballs in sprinkles or crushed nuts instead of powdered sugar.
  • These can also be frozen for longer storage if needed. Just place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze before transferring them to an airtight container.
